The featured beers below are rotated regularly in an effort to serve the best and most unique draught beer possible. These brews are delicious and in limited production. They may sell out quickly so come in to taste them today.

 Peeper – Maine Brewing Company – Freeport, ME

American Pale Ale – Peeper has the aroma of fresh citrus and hops with a very light body and smooth flavor.  Light citrus, raspberries, blackberries, subtle pine, light and bready.  Original hoppy American ale, dry, clean, well balanced, with a generous dose of American hops.  ABV 5.5%

*Gray’s Papaya – Key Brewing Company – Baltimore, MD 

IPA – A milkshake IPA with a milky golden haze and pleasant tropical fruit aromas.  ABV 6.3%

*Crazy Daisy – Calvert Brewing – Upper Marlboro, MD

American Pale Wheat – Brewed with Mandarina Bavaria hops, orange peel and coriander, this hazy, slightly hoppy hefeweizen starts out with a refreshing orange citrus flavor and finishes with a full coriander punch. ABV 4.5%

*Mr. Trash Wheel’s Lost Python – Peabody Heights Brewing – Baltimore, MD 

Session IPA –  This session IPA has been hopped with Citra, Motueka and Mosaic! A portion of proceeds go back to keeping the harbor clean.  Flavor is citrus with grapefruit juice and a grapefruit zest finish. ABV 4.5%

* de Garde de Faith – Jailbreak Brewing – Laurel, MD

Biere de Garde – Brewed with 100% French ingredients. Firmly planted in the amber category of the bier de garde paradigm, this burnish orange malt-forward beauty boasts enticing aromas of crispy toast and biscuit. ABV 6.7% 

Maggies Peach – Terrapin Brewing – Athens, GA

Peach/Farmhouse Ale – Maggie’s peach flavor and a refreshing spiciness that will get your juices flowing. Brewed with peaches and a lot of love, this Old World style of beer will take you back to a simpler time. ABV 5.5%

 

Bottle Features

Federal House is committed to serving you some of the finest brews available today. Our bottle features are all sold in large, shareable size portions ranging from 22-28 oz bottles. All bottles are priced at $15-$20

Honey Kolsch – Rogue Ales – Newport, OR

Kolsch – GYO is a Rogue Ales term for Grow Your Own. Situated just across from 40 acres of Rogue hops, 119 colonies of bees are carefully kept and fed. The honey is uncapped, extracted, filtered and finally infused into a refreshing Honey Kolsch Ale. ABV 5.9%

Sofie – Goose Island Beer Co – Chicago, IL

Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale – This sparkling Ale is wine barrel-aged with an abundance of hand-zested orange peel. Spicy white pepper notes contrast the citrus tartness. ABV 6.5%

Curieux – Allagash Brewing Co – Portland, ME

Tripel – Curieux is made by aging from Tripel Ale in Jim Beam bourbon barrels for eight weeks in our cold cellars. The aged beer is then blended back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting beer is soft with coconut and vanilla notes, with hints of bourbon. ABV 11.0%

Chimay Grande Réserve – Bières de Chimay S.A., Baileux, Belgium

Belgium Strong Dark Ale – Chimay is an authentic Trappist beer: this means that it is brewed within the walls of a Trappist monastery, under the control and responsibility of the community of monks, who are involved through the process of making and marketing the beer. This beer has a powerful aroma, whose complex flavors improves as the years go by. ABV  9.0%
