The featured beers below are rotated regularly in an effort to serve the best and most unique draught beer possible. These brews are delicious and in limited production. They may sell out quickly so come in to taste them today.

HopSlam – Bell’s Craft  Brewing – Kalamazoo, MI Laurel 

Imperial IPA – Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell’s Hopslam Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell’s repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style. ABV 10.0%

St. Festivus – Brewers Art Craft Brewing – Baltimore, MD

Winter Warmer – This brown winter ale is brewed with 5 types of malt, noble hops, then subtly spiced with Curaçao orange peel and ginger. ABV 8.0%

Ephmeral Vol II – Jailbreak Brewing – Laurel, MD 

IPA – Volume II of this evolving IPA series has a character all its own. This adaptation features Falsoner’s Flight, El Dorado, Citra and Summit hops which offer copious citrus peel aromatics that are dominated by tangerine with a piney background. Juicy orange and lemongrass flavors meld with the rounded yet punchy finish. ABV 7.1%

Lucifer’s Tree – Union Craft Brewing – Baltimore, MD

Imperial Black IPA – Tell your soul to this devilishly dark brew that begins with a nose full of piney, resinous hops. Citrus notes follow-up the assertive bitterness as notes of coffee dance with the devil’s rich dark malts. first glance, it has an orange hue in the glass with a viscus, rocky head that refuses to dissipate. ABV 9.0% 

Hop Commander – Captain Lawrence – Elmsford, New York

American IPA – Is a very well balanced IPA with a lighter, softer touch.  Hops, hops & more hops. This beer is brewed using only the finest US grown hops from our good friends out West. With a robust hop aroma from the dry hopping process this beer delivers on its promise to provide a full sensory assault on your taste buds.  ABV 6.5%

Mango Magnifico – Founders Brewing – Grand Rapids, MI

Imperial Fruit/Vegetable – P is a high-gravity fruit beer brewed with mango and a touch of habaneros to add just the right amount of heat. The delicate flavors imparted by the sweet richness of the mango are punctuated perfectly by the subtle heat of the habaneros, proving that fruit beers do not have to be one-note. ABV 10.0%

Honey Kolsch – Rogue Ales – Newport, OR

Kolsch – GYO is a Rogue Ales term for Grow Your Own. Situated just across from 40 acres of Rogue hops, 119 colonies of bees are carefully kept and fed. The honey is uncapped, extracted, filtered and finally infused into a refreshing Honey Kolsch Ale. ABV 5.9%

Sofie – Goose Island Beer Co – Chicago, IL

Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale – This sparkling Ale is wine barrel-aged with an abundance of hand-zested orange peel. Spicy white pepper notes contrast the citrus tartness. ABV 6.5%

Curieux – Allagash Brewing Co – Portland, ME

Tripel – Curieux is made by aging from Tripel Ale in Jim Beam bourbon barrels for eight weeks in our cold cellars. The aged beer is then blended back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting beer is soft with coconut and vanilla notes, with hints of bourbon. ABV 11.0%

Chimay Grande Réserve – Bières de Chimay S.A., Baileux, Belgium

Belgium Strong Dark Ale – Chimay is an authentic Trappist beer: this means that it is brewed within the walls of a Trappist monastery, under the control and responsibility of the community of monks, who are involved through the process of making and marketing the beer. This beer has a powerful aroma, whose complex flavors improves as the years go by. ABV  9.0%
