Inspired by New Orleans and Mardi Gras, we have come up with an exclusive Bourbon Menu. Bourbon is without a doubt, the most famous American contribution to whiskey. Unlike popular belief, bourbon can be made in any state (not just Kentucky). Check out our menu by clicking on the image.

*FedHead Grapefruit IPA – Raven Beer Co. – Baltimore, MD

Grapefruit IPA – Your first experience with this IPA is the grapefruit citrus bouquet from its rocky white head. The initial taste is subdued but gradually becomes intense without any harsh bitterness. ABV 7.25%

*Fedhead Golden Ale – Union Craft Brewery – Baltimore, MD

Golden Ale – Made for Federal House by Union Craft Brewery, Our take on a classic American Style, the Cream Ale, this light golden ale is brewed with American grown barley, wheat, corn, & oats and lightly hopped with Columbus for bittering and a kiss of floral Mosaic. This all-American classic is just the thing to make you sing!  ABV 5.0%

*Feed The Monkey – Jailbreak Brewing – Laurel, MD

Hefeweizen –  A German style hefeweizen that combines traditional notes of clove and banana with subtle citrus aromas and flavors to provide balance and complexity. With this hefeweizen, there’s no fruit required — they have got that covered. ABV  5.6%

Amber Ale – Easy drinking and infinitely smooth, this amber ale is classic in style yet uniquely approachable. Hits of roast and caramel lend to a slightly sweet malt with a semi-dry finish. ABV 5.0%

*Duckpin – Union Craft Brewing – Baltimore, MD

Pale Ale – A true Baltimore original. This generously hopped pale ale is a strike in your mouth! Brewed with lots of Pacific Northwest & New Zealand hops this beer is ten frames of big citrus and tropical fruit aroma and flavor. A strong malt backbone rounds it out and makes this pale ale a delight for the senses. ABV 5.5%

*Ravens Lager – Raven Beer Craft Brewery – Baltimore, MD

Lager – Is a perfect balanced lager beer. The rich golden colored beer is an exceptionally smooth Southern German lager, somewhat malty but well balanced between the hops and malt.  This brew has a deep brown color and nose of caramel and coffee. The slightly sweet caramel notes underpin a bold chocolate and coffee finish. Balanced with just enough Cascade hops to add an interesting zest to the finish. ABV 5.25%

*206 IPA – Olivers’ Brewing – Baltimore, MD

American IPA –  Piney hops, proper bitterness, smell that justly represents, and the right amount of malt and carbonation to balance things out. Pushes into DIPA territory with a twist(touch of wheat). Drinkable and tasty. Hop forward, medium bodied with a touch of malt sweetness cutting against the hop bitterness.  ABV 7.0%

*Bishops Breakfast – Nitro – Oliver’s Brewing – Baltimore, MD

Oatmeal Stout – An oatmeal stout served on “nitro pour”. Dark malt flavors, just a touch of malt sourness and a smooth silky mouthfeel combine in perfect harmony. ABV 4.4%

*Brau Pils – DC Brau Brewing – Washington, DC

German Pilsner – Is a straight forward Pilsner with a light body, moderate carbonation and an assertive yet restrained hop character. Aromas of earthy, spicy noble hops are chased by a rich, cracker-like note backed up with clean, malty notes and a neutral lager yeast profile. This beer is made to help refresh on those hot summer dog days of Annapolis. ABV 4.6%

*District Common – Atlas Brewing -Washington, DC

Cali Common/Steam Beer – Inspired by the beers that accompanied America’s westward expansion, District Common is fermented using lager yeast at temperatures common to ale fermentation. The result is a pale, well-balanced beer combining crisp lager character with fruity ale notes. The clean grain bill provides a refreshing drinkability and supports late aroma additions of Czech Saaz hops. Pair with locally harvested oysters or roast pork medallions. ABV 5.1%

 Abbey Dubbel – Flying Fish Brewery – Somerdale, NJ

Dubbel –  This classic-style Abbey beer features an immense head with a fruity nose and a generous body. Malty in the middle, the beer features a clean, almondy dry finish and a slight alcohol warmth. More like a wine than a beer—it has a lot of the qualities of a fine Burgundy.  ABV 7.2%

Sweet Josie – Lonerider Brewing –  Raleigh, NC

American Brown Ale – Is crafted in the American Brown style. This is a complex beer balancing a nice hop bitterness with a generous amount of chocolate and aromatic malts. ABV 6.1%

Hoppy Table – Allagash Brewing – Portland, ME

Belgian Style Ale – Was inspired by the Belgian tradition of low-ABV, easily drinkable beers, it still occupies a hop-forward spot all its own. Brewed with our 2-row malt blend, Maris Otter malt, and oats, the beer is then spiced with a subtle addition of coriander. Hoppy Table Beer is hopped with Chinook, Cascade, Comet, and Azacca hops, then dry hopped with more Comet and Azacca. ABV 4.8%

 Narragansett – Narragansett Brewing Co – Providence, RI

Lager – This Lager is old reliable. It was the first beer brewed by “The Original Six” back in 1890, the bestselling beer in New England from the 1930s to the 1970s, and the official beer of the Boston Red Sox from 1944-1975. It’s featured in the first Jaws movie. ABV 5.0%

 Love Stout – Yards Brewing – Philadelphia, PA

Stout – Love Stout is a dark, chocolaty and seductive little number dominated by roasted malt flavors. Robust taste, extremely full bodied with the creamiest of aftertastes. Chocolate, crystal and black malts, roasted barley, toasted wheat will make you fall in love with this stout.  ABV 5.0%

 Kentucky Burbon Ale – Alltech Lexington Brewing – Lexington, KY

English Strong Ale – This Kentucky Ale is aged for up to six weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky’s finest distilleries. Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrels. Pleasantly smooth and robust, Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale may also be served as an aperitif or after-dinner drink. Launched in 2006, it has grown to become the flagship beer of the premier name in barrel-aged beers. ABV 7.0%

Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ – Lagunitas Brewery – Petaluma, CA

Wheat Ale –  Way smooth and silky with a nice wheatly-esque-ishness. A truly unique style featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body. A hoppy pale wheat ale that is great for IPA fans but so smooth that the hefeweizen fans dig it too.good it’s almost wrong. ABV 7.5%

 Virginia Apple – Bold Rock Cidery – Nellysford, VA

Cider – Apple is a crisp and refreshing Granny Smith-style cider made with local apples picked in the Blue ridge Mountains of Virginia and North Carolina. ABV 4.7%
