Knob Creek Single Barrel – 120 Proof — $13.50

Each barrel of Single Barrel Reserve is bottled individually to become one-of-a-kind with slight variations in taste, color and aroma based on proprietary methods passed down for eight generations. You’ll find more pronounced flavors and a smokier aroma and a smooth and complex finish.

Bulleit – 90 Proof — $10.00

This bourbon has a high rye content (approx. 28%) with a hint of vanilla and oak, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long and dry, with a light toffee flavor.

Sweeter up front with grain and corn immediately apparent, and then moves into notes of oak, raisin, caramel, spice, and vanilla. The finish leaves a long and lasting mouthfeel.

Michter’s – 91.4 Proof — $9.00

Each batch of our US 1 Bourbon is typically composed of no more than two dozen barrels, leaving no margin for “blending out” imperfection and thus necessitating excellence from every barrel. Michter’s is nuanced, mellow, and earthy. It has a rich caramel flavor with balanced vanilla, stone fruit notes, smoky depth, with an oak finish.
