Bourbon and Whiskey Menu
Bourbon is produced in the United States and made from a grain mixture that is at least 51% corn. It is
aged in new, charred oak barrels and distilled to no more than 160 (U.S.) proof (80% alcohol by volume) and enters into the barrel for aging at no more than 125 proof (62.5% alcohol by volume). Bourbon is categorized as straight, meaning that has been aged under four years must be labeled with the duration of its aging. See below for our Bourbon and Whiskey Menu.

IW Harper 15 year – 86 Proof — $12.00
Sweeter up front with grain and corn immediately apparent, and then moves into notes of oak, raisin, caramel, spice, and vanilla. The finish leaves a long and lasting mouthfeel.
Basil Hayden – 80 Proof — $13.50
In 1796, Master Distiller and former Marylander, Basil Hayden Sr. broke ‘the rules’ by mixing small grains into the mash of a traditional corn base. The result is this light bodied bourbon with hints of spices and honey and a gentle bite.
Knob Creek – 100 Proof — $10.50
Booker Noe created Knob Creek to restore the standards of pre-prohibition bourbon. The result is a big, full flavor that strikes your senses with a maple sugar aroma, sweetness and a rich, woody, caramel flavor with a long, smooth finish.
Bulleit – 90 Proof — $10.00
This bourbon has a high rye content (approx. 28%) with a hint of vanilla and oak, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long and dry, with a light toffee flavor.
GunPowder Rye – 87 Proof — $13.50
Brewed from local grains and distilled in small batches on our traditional copper pot still. Gunpowder is a spicy, Maryland style rye with toasted malt flavor and big barrel character. The finish is long with vanilla and chocolate notes.
Blanton’s Single Barrel – 93 Proof — $13.50
The world’s first single barrel bourbon. The taste profile is sweet with citrus and oak. A creamy vanilla nose features hints of nuts, caramel, orange and light chocolate.
Rock Creek Bourbon – 95 Proof — $13.50
The first bourbon made from grain to glass in the District since Prohibition. It is distilled in small batches in a copper pot still and matured in the highest quality new American oak barrels. It balances the sweetness of corn with a dry spicy finish courtesy of its high rye content.
Larceny – 92 Proof — $9.00
Larceny was hand selected by the Master Distillers to have a taste profile of a six-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Buttery caramel and honey highlight the taste, which comes with a rich mouthfeel. Its long finish is gently sweet and savory.
Woodford Double Oak – 90.4 Proof — $13.50
The second barrel aging process provides rich notes of dark fruit, caramel, honey, chocolate and toasted oak. It has a long and creamy finish with lingering hints of honeyed apple.
Bulleit Rye – 90 Proof — $10.00
Bulleit Rye is aged in white oak barrels that are charred before filling, and is made with 95% rye, and contains hints of vanilla, honey, and spice.
