There is a $100 per hour room fee for the use of our private banquet facility.  It is the client=s responsibility to confirm all details 1 week prior to the event.  That confirmation will include a Aguaranteed@ entree count that the client is financially responsible for and is not subject to decrease.  The number of guests confirmed will serve as the minimum for payment.  Should the number of guests exceed the guarantee, the client will be charged for the actual number of guests. 

A $250 deposit is required to hold the room and is refundable if the event is cancelled more than 30 days from its scheduled date.  The deposit is not refundable if the event is cancelled less than 30 days before its scheduled date.

2) Pasta Station: Penne and Fettucini served with 2 sauces (Marinara and Alfredo) with you choice of chicken or shrimp

3) Chicken Station: Your choice of Champagne Chicken, Island Chicken or Macadamia Nut Chicken (choose 1)
